PHASE 1: 4 WEEKS

Phase 1 we will work on developing good technique and get you used to sprinting. Day 1 is an acceleration day, Day 2 is a top-speed day and Friday is an explosive & absorption training day. Always do the BoingDASH warm up prior to any of these training sessions.

PHASE 2: 4 WEEKS

Phase 2 builds upon the base you developed in Phase 1.

PHASE 3: 4 WEEKS

The final phase focuses on developing eccentric and postural strength, which are
critical for maintaining stride efficiency and decreasing the chance of injury.
